PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains what personal information Gutsy Wellness Co L.L.C-FZ ("Gutsy", "we", "us") collects when you visit alwaysgutsy.com or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address when you order, sign up for emails or contact us.
- Order details: what you bought, when, and your subscription choices.
- Payment details: these go straight to our payment provider through Shopify checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
- Device and usage information: your browser, device, pages you visit and how you got to our site, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To take, deliver and support your orders and subscriptions.
- To answer your messages and handle returns.
- To send you emails about launches and offers, only if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the site working, secure and easy to use, and to understand what people find useful.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting duties.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run Gutsy, and only what they need:
- Shopify, which runs our store and checkout.
- Payment providers, to take payment.
- Delivery partners, to get your order to you.
- Email and analytics tools, to send emails you asked for and to understand how the site is used.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Where it is stored
Some of the companies we work with, including Shopify, store information outside the UAE. When that happens we rely on their safeguards and contracts to keep your information protected.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart, remember your sign-in and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site, like the cart, may stop working.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as UAE law requires for tax and accounting. We keep other information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop us using it for marketing. To do any of these, email us at hello@alwaysgutsy.com. We may need to confirm your identity first.
Children
Our site and products are not meant for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
