Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across the United Arab Emirates.

How long it takes

Usually 2 to 4 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are sent on the next working day. Once your order leaves us you will get an email with tracking.

What it costs

Delivery is free on orders of AED 300 or more, and on every subscription delivery. Below that, delivery costs AED 30. Both are shown at checkout before you pay.

Subscriptions

Each subscription delivery is sent on its scheduled date and follows the same delivery times.

If something goes wrong

If your order is late, arrives damaged or something is missing, email us at hello@alwaysgutsy.com within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo if it is damaged, and we will sort it out.

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we may need to charge to send it again.
