SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

How it works

You choose a flavour, how many pouches and how often: every 2, 4 or 6 weeks. We send your first order straight away and the next one on your chosen schedule, until you cancel.

Price and payment

Each subscription delivery is charged at the subscription price shown when you signed up, which includes the subscription discount and 5% VAT. Delivery is free on every subscription delivery. We charge the card you used at checkout on each billing date, shortly before the delivery is sent.

If we change the price of your subscription, we will email you before your next billing date. You can cancel before then if you do not want to continue.

Skip, pause, change or cancel

You can skip a delivery, pause, change your flavour or how often it comes, or cancel from your account, or email us at hello@alwaysgutsy.com. Make the change before your next billing date for it to apply to that delivery. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

Failed payments

If a payment fails we will try again and let you know. If it keeps failing, we may pause your subscription until your payment details are updated.

Our right to change or end subscriptions

We may change or stop offering subscriptions. If that affects you, we will email you first, and you will not be charged for deliveries we do not send.
