These terms apply when you use alwaysgutsy.com or buy from us. The site is run by Gutsy Wellness Co L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Our products
Gutsy is a food supplement. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Use it as part of a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, and do not exceed the serving on the pack.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before using it. Check the ingredients list for anything you are allergic to.
Product photos are for illustration. Packaging can change slightly between batches.
Who can order
You need to be 18 or older to buy from us, and to give us accurate details for delivery and payment.
Orders
When you place an order you will get an email confirming we have received it. The contract between us starts when we send your order.
We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price was shown in error. If we do, we will refund anything you paid in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). Gutsy Wellness Co L.L.C-FZ is registered for VAT in the UAE, and product prices include VAT at 5%. Any delivery charge, which carries no VAT, is added at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify.

If you subscribe, our Subscription Terms also apply.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy.
Our content
Everything on this site, including the Gutsy name, logo, illustrations, packaging, photos and text, belongs to Gutsy or the people who licensed it to us. Please do not copy or use it without our written permission.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for problems caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of the UAE.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
